Refund policy

Your first page is generated free and shown at full quality with a watermark. Buy only if you like what you see.

Every page in a purchased book can be retried once at no cost, from your book page. Use it if a page comes out distorted, too dark, or too fussy to color.

If your book still isn't usable after retries, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. We do not require you to delete the files first.

Change of mind after a book has been generated and downloaded, where the pages match what you previewed and approved. We will still look at any case you raise.

Email alan@insight-ai-systems.com with your book title and the email address you used. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days.
