Terms of service

A digital service that converts photographs you supply into printable black-and-white coloring pages, assembled into a PDF book. This is a digital product. We do not print or ship anything physical.

You confirm that you own the photos you upload or have permission to use them, and that where children appear you are the parent or guardian or have their consent. You must not upload sexual, exploitative, graphic, hateful or unlawful imagery, or images of people who would object to this use.

We run automated safety checks and may decline to generate a page. If that happens, no charge is made for that page and we will tell you calmly, without accusation.

You own the coloring pages generated from your photos and may print them, color them, and give them away. You may not resell Books to Color output as a commercial coloring book product without written permission.

AI generation is imperfect — see AI limitations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing here limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or equivalent consumer law in your country.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
